This is not your grandad's decaf!  Like everything we do, we want a decaf that not only we could be proud of but one that reflects our family!  "Hey Doc" is our take on a decaffeinated coffee inspired by our grandfather and the way we always greet him! Affectionally called Granddad, along with our grandmother, Gram Gram, this coffee is made for them.

Our decaf coffee comes from the Chirinos cooperative, which was established in 1968 by 36 coffee producers aspiring to sell high-quality coffee to international specialty markets. The Chirinos co-operative is still a leader in forward-thinking production practices. This coffee is decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water process.  All the benefits of traditional decaf however none of the harsh chemicals!

"Hey Doc" has a pillowy mouthfeel, mellow acidity, and a depth of sweetness throughout each roast style. Across the roast spectrum we tasted notes of brown sugar, spice, toasted nut, chocolate, caramel and molasses.

Elevation: 1500-2200 MASL

Process: Washed (Swiss Water Decaffeinated)

Flavor Profile : Nutmeg, Toasted Almonds, Maple Syrup, Chocolate Fudge

the BEST DECAF around!!

I love this coffee and this brand and what they represent. Saw them at a vendor fair and now I am addicted :-)

Finally found my decaf

I have to drink decaf and have tried so many with meh results. That is until I found this one, unbelievably awesome. So much flavor in a decaf! This is my go to from now on.

Great caffeine free brew

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while now. Great coffee, fast shipping, the real deal. That is why I am excited to see more blends coming through and this caffeine free cup is a great addition to the rest of the brand!
