I love trying new coffee roasters and this is my new favorite. A perfect start to the day!

I perk my coffee at home in a 50 year old glass Pyrex percolator. I am a coffee snob. My doc said that I have to drink decaf and I've been searching for a long time. Then my sister-in-law told me about Unapologetic Coffee. How appropriate that it's called "Hey Doc."

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am. I've shared the love with my sister, my friend's husband and another friend's daughter.

I Said What I Said is an amazing blend that I've recommended and shared with friends. Though I'm branching out and trying other roasts from Unapologetic Coffee, this one is my go-to when I want something familiar and delicious.

Good quality items. The mug is wonderful and I enjoyed the packaging of the whole bean coffee. Polite staff and great aesthetics of the store front.

Unapologetic Coffee is my favorite roaster and coffee connect in all of WNY. I've tried all their coffee beans and my 2 favorites are 'Hey Doc' (decaf) and 'I Said What I Said' (medium roast). The beans (100% arabica) are roasted to perfection (zero emission roasting), encapsulating amazing flavors, but it also ignites purpose. Whatever you need that day, whether its motivation to get up and get at 'em or a warm embrace from your grandparent, I can't explain it but this coffee delivers that. I prefer to purchase whole bean and grind at home every morning but if you enjoy grabbing it freshly brewed from the shop, they can do that too and its always consistent! The staff are so kind and the owners are amazing people. Over 2 years of drinking this coffee and I have never experienced the negative side effects like gas, bloat, or crashing mid-day. In fact, I switched from a popular brand decaf coffee to UC Hey Doc decaf when I started getting twitchy eyelids and the change was almost instant (I drink at least 2 cups of coffee daily). The way they say that people can cook with love, these women roast with love! Black owned, Woman owned, local, and with a beautiful mission and energy, Unapologetic Coffee never misses!

My friend randomly dropped off a bag of Black Mixed with Black and we tried it. My husband loves his coffee and had been having stomach issues with the brand we had been using for years. A few days of the Black Mixed with Black and he said his issues were diminishing significantly. We noticed the "low acidity" label and felt this has a lot to with it. We will never go back.

Love this coffee sampling flight! I’m usually a straight dark roast gal, but enjoyed the light notes (and energy!) from Hustle to mix things up a bit. In LOVE with Flow, and am looking forward to opening up my Black Miixed with Black in the coming days. I Said What I Said always bring a smile to my taste buds. THANKFUL for YOU!!!
