Our signature medium roast coffee. This variety is our first and most requested variety.  The name is quintessential to how we grew up and how we chose to live and roast authentically, unapologetically.  We offer this medium, however roast it a little longer to bring out the sweeter notes.  We love this bean black both hot and cold.

Roast: Medium

Origin : Colombia

Elevation : 1600-1950 MASL

Process: Single Origin/ Washed

Flavor Profile : Caramel, Cocoa Nibs, Mellow Acidity

Spot On Tasting Notes

A pleasant light roast blend. The tasting notes of "lime, orange blossom honey, vanilla" are spot on.

I also really appreciate the value: most bags from other well-known high-end brands are 12oz, but this one is 16oz for approximately the same price, which is more than reasonable.

My receipt came with a handwritten thank you saying, "So cool, that our coffee made it to Indiana! Thanx! -Alisa". This felt more sincere and more personable than what I would get from a larger supplier.

I will definitely order again in the future when my bag eventually runs out.

My favorite blend!

I Said What I Said is an amazing blend that I've recommended and shared with friends. Though I'm branching out and trying other roasts from Unapologetic Coffee, this one is my go-to when I want something familiar and delicious.
